Daniel Hall
My name is Daniel. I’m a Linux Systems Administrator at a large Australian educational institution. I’m also finishing my Bachelor of Computer Science and plan to finish at the end of 2009. In my spare time I’m a blogger, board game enthusiast, programmer and member of Linux Users Victoria (LUV).
I enjoy meeting fellow Linux users and discussing (with a particular focus on debating) the finer points of the computing industry. I hold very strong view points and beliefs. I believe we need to practice more green computing to aide in the prevention of climate change. I think that patents on software need to be a granted under much tighter restrictions.
